WorkHouse Coaches

Randy Scott is currently the  Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach /1B Coach /Hitting Coach at Central Crossing High School as well as the Head Coach, 17/18u & 16u Dublin Tigers Elite Baseball - College Showcase Travel Baseball. Randy's resume also includes 3 years as the Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach, 1B Coach, Hitting Coach for Madison-Plains High School. From 2015 through current he was the Head Coach, Dublin Tigers Elite Baseball - High School Travel Baseball. He as also served as Pickerington High School Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach /Infield Coach and JV Head Coach. From 2015-2018 Randy climbed the ranks at Granville High School, starting as Freshman Head Coach, JV Head Coach and then Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach /Catcher Coach /OF Coach. Delaware WorkHouse is excited to bring all this experience to our athletes.

Logan Keeder is a graduate of Delaware Hayes High School and graduate of Muskingum University - with a degree in exercise science and sports coaching. He has dedicated his life to the game of baseball, and seeks out ways to give back and connect with the baseball community. Logan has been a player, student, coach, scout and spectator in the game of baseball. He wants to help players grow, improve and learn the game at the highest level possible. In addition to private lessons, Logan is the head coach for the Delaware Jr. Pacers, assistant varsity baseball coach for John Glenn High School  as well as their lead baseball strength and conditioning coach. Logan also is an Ohio baseball scout for 'National Scouting Report.'

Bronwynn Leighty plays travel softball for the MOJO Wade-07, out of Georgia. She just finished her first year of High School softball, and started every game either as the pitcher or in right field. It meant a lot to Bronwynn to play school ball with classmates, and earn a varsity letter.  She works hard each week; working with a strength training coach, hitting coach, and also pitching coach. Bronwynn played for the 2020 USA All-American Region 2 Blue in Oklahoma City a few years ago, and to be “on the same field that many great softball players played on was amazing.” Throughout her softball career, she has received many MVP ribbons at several tournaments. Bronwynn has also recently been selected again as a 2022 USA All-American in Region 2. She would love to work with all ages, as she love to show people that softball is not just a game, it is a mental game as well. “It's amazing to see young athletes want to train to get better!”
